As I was watching Jamie’s great lesson today (July 14, 2020) about doing Daily Dares, I sensed a lot of resistance. I kept thinking about how did Jamie really get started on taking those dares so that she made such life-altering changes. I often feel this when I am trying to apply what I am learning in Scholars. I find it very hard to go and jump start the concepts on my own. My brain wants to wait until Monday or some special starting place, for example.
Is the old motivational triad at play in all of this? Please share any thoughts you have about resistance and busting through and really getting started on the changes I want to make. Thank you!
