Results ahead of time on tangible goodies

I’ve been successfully in the black for the first 5 years of my business designing hotels. I am now working on products geared mostly to the Hospitality Design community, for which I have a great direct connection, but want to expand to have a full offering for the residential market as well. In your Entrepreneur series you talk about the importance of showing results ahead of time to engage the market and get them happy to purchase from me specifically. How would you recommend this for a physical product, such as wallpapers, fabrics, etc? Thank you so much for your insight!
