I hope this is the right place to ask. Here is my model and I need help with ladder thoughts. I’m hoping to prepare myself to show up as I want to be on Monday, but thinking about this is just making me more mad at the moment.

C- Mistake made by my employee. Other team leader blamed employee and me.
T- They should take responsibility for their part of this. They are creating a culture of blame.
F- Mad
A- Stay mad, reluctant to meet with them.
R- Lingering bad feelings, possibly hurt career

I definitely need help creating better thoughts around this before I show up defensive.
