Scarcity mindset around potential clients

I’m hesitating to reach out to potential clients because I’m in a scarcity mindset about the contacts I have right now. Usually I regularly meet people at conferences, etc. so I have a steady stream of potential clients, some of which do a session with me and then hire me. Now I’m meeting very few people. I have this sense that I have to do these reach outs ‘just right’ because if I turn them off, then I’ve got no one left to reach out to.

C: Potential clients
T: I have to do these reach outs ‘just right’ because if I turn them off, then I’ve got no one left to reach out to.
F: Pathetic
A: Stewing, not reaching out.
R: No new clients

I try to think of new thoughts but a part of my brain says “But you really don’t have any more people to reach out to after these few remaining ones.” The best I’ve been able to do is:

T: I have just the right number of people to reach out to.

T: Who knows who they will end up referring me to? The next person I speak with could end up becoming my most prolific referrer.

What are some other thoughts that can help me get past this scarcity mindset? Thank you!
