Hello! I am a health coach and currently doing 1:1 clients. I meet over zoom with each client once a week. I have my set hours that I would like to work. My question is how do I find the balance of working around my client’s schedule and doing what is best for mine? Some weeks when I try to accommodate everyone’s schedule I have sessions that are sparatic throughout my week. It then becomes overwhelming especially since I have young children and need a sitter while working. How would be the best way to deal with this? Do you have a scheduling software you recommend?
