Scheduling appointments with pre-qualified leads


I’m wondering, what is the best way to schedule a discovery or strategy call once someone has filled out the pre-qualifying questionnaire from your website? I was thinking I’d review all applications and send follow up emails (with a link to my acuity calendar) for those who are a good fit, but this doesn’t seem very efficient or scalable, and I’m concerned I might lose potential strategy sessions in the process (if, for example, someone doesn’t get my return email because it goes to their spam folder). What’s the best way to schedule?
