Selling the Result but not Guaranteeing it?

I’m getting caught up with not selling the how but selling the result. I have resistance because selling the result means guaranteeing it when I can’t guarantee the result. I can’t promise them the result. There is a lot of scamming in the coaching world with big promises and not much behind that and I’m worried that I will fall into that category. I’d feel out of integrity to sell a result that I can’t guarantee. So I don’t understand how this works. How do people sell the result and don’t feel out of integrity. I can 100% help women start their own business and become their own boss but I can’t guarantee they will make more money or hit a certain goal. So how does this work?
