Shiny object syndrome


Sooo I noticed that I try to escape from actual work in so many different ways.

– oversleeping
– social media
– overeating (sometimes)
– Netflix
– SIGNING UP FOR ALL THE FREE WEBINARS, LEAD MAGNETS AND FREE FACEBOOK CHALLENGES.

Funny how every training I’ve opted in for doesn’t actually produce action.

I really want to STOP.

It feels compulsive.

Like “this is what I need” but it’s not.

A lot of trainings are repeats of other trainings I’ve done.

As if “I don’t know enough”

Should I do your stop overeating or over drinking class so that I can apply those teachings to this problem?

Or do you recommend me have try a certain process?

I’ve seen the urges video.

But wondered if I should just do the whole class.
