Sticking a fork in my eye over this niche thing…

Hi Brooke! I need feedback on my niche and online business model. I’m looking to build an online business of women in their mid-20s-30s living in the NYC (or large city) area who struggle with self-worth confidence, specifically struggle to say “no” to everything from food, alcohol, peer/family pressure, and workload. My main understanding of list building for an online coaching business, in addition to creating compelling content, is offering introductory courses that yield a very specific, tangible result for the client to get them pulled into my sales funnel. My concerns are 1) My niche isn’t specific enough to pull these potential clients in (I’ve dabbled with the idea of narrowing down further to adult children of alcoholics or adults with strained parental relationships) 2) What intro course can I offer that produces a tangible result to “hook” them in? 3) What category does my niche fall into if my potential client struggles with self-control/peer pressure? Would that be considered “Relationships”?

I’ve done the worksheet, I’ve read and seen every video on your site about producing a business that is super-niche specific. I’ve also posted this question in different ways in every business Q&A call, but never get the feedback I need to push past the fog. I feel like I’m touching the tip of my idea and I’m almost there! PLEASE HALP!
