Loved this weeks podcast from Brook about what we are tolerating. I am buffering a lot with food but my impossible goal is to make $500K this year. My question is should my focus be to stop over eating? Or just keep chugging along with the business goal and fails? I am not sure how to use the information from todays podcast without spreading myself thin or losing the focus of my true impossible goal. However I know that my buffering is preventing me from reaching my full potential in business.
