I own a specialty construction company. For the past 25 years, I have facilitated/ led our twice-annual strategic planning sessions. I have long wanted to bring in an outside professional facilitator so that I can more fully participate in the meetings. I am really hoping to find a coach/ facilitator that can teach my key people The Model and Brooke’s basics for a half or full day, and then lead a more traditional strategic planning session the second day. (Vision, Mission, Values, establishing goals and accountability…something along the lines of the Traction/ EOS system or similar.)

Do you have anyone that fits the bill that you could recommend? Or is this something where I would need to bring in two people – one to teach the Brooke material and thought work, and another who is familiar with Traction?
