I have noticed that the content I put out in my podcast and on social media often relates to things I have been self-coaching on.
I would like to think that having worked through negative thought patterns in my own life would qualify me more to be a coach who helps people with those struggles.
In my 1-on-1 session today, I realized that my own recent post was the answer to everything I was bringing up in my session.
For some reason I felt exposed, defeated, and embarrassed….like how could I possibly be considering coaching people on things I still need help with in my own life.
When I create content, coach others, etc…these feelings don’t come up, but I sometimes leave coaching sessions feeling more defeated than inspired. Please advise.
