I’m currently enrolled in The Life Coach School and I posted on my FB that I am offering free 30 minute coaching sessions as part of my training. A friend of mine who owns a successful restaurant signed up for a session tomorrow morning. In response to my question on the session sign-up, “Please share/describe the situation you would like coaching on.” he stated, “Growing in business.” Panic set in because that doesn’t feel like it fits in The Model cleanly as stated which then makes me think I need to know what questions to ask to get specific and then I’m going to get all up in his emotions when he just wants business advice. I’ve owned 2 companies for 34 years and I still feel lost/intimidated. I’m just a coaching infant! Help!
