System for after the sale


Hi Brooke,
You mentioned in your How to be a Life Coach podcast about creating systems before, during, and after.
I’m going to focus on one-on-one coaching through a 6-week grief program in 2018.
What would you recommend as an After system to continue providing value and connection with clients who finished the program?
What worked well for you?
I’m thinking about offering continued coaching opportunity (one-on-one) if they wish to continue, follow-up emails, and death anniversary cards… but thinking maybe it’s not enough?
