If you don’t mind my asking, does Brooke pay the coaches who do live coaching calls in scholars? I’m trying to figure out how to compensate contributors to my membership group. I have an online private nutrition group. I’m mentoring several ladies, giving them exposure and opportunity in my group to practice their skills and try to drum up nutrition business. They help field questions, they do some teaching videos. As of now I take a 20% cut of any of my group members make a private consultation appointment with them. Just wondering if this is the best way to go about it and want to be open to other ideas that are beneficial to all parties involved. It’s my company but as it grows I want to provide more value.
