Hello amazing coaches,
So I think I’m slow getting to grips with the model.
I have a mental block about selling my clothes online. So I put “sell dresses” in R. Then I put C – I am a designer, T – I sell dresses, then I got F – freak out, panic. That gave me: A – buffer, then my UM R would be – I don’t sell dresses.
So then I tried again:
C – I am a designer
Bridge thought – I make dresses
F – relief! Yes I do make dresses, I can believe that.
A – I make another dress
R – I can put that dress online and sell it.
( with other similar dresses in a mini collection)
How does that look to you?
