Tiered model of coaching program


Hi! I’m narrowing my niche, and I think I have it – ideally I would have two pathways into the program. 1) women physician-scientists 2) URM physician-scientist. These would run in parallel and there would be some sessions that include both groups. I want for URMs to feel comfortable speaking of issues directly affecting them with race and also build community. I also want to make sure to provide targeted coaching for women to promote more in high level positions in academics and industry. I also imagine another branch point of “trainees” and “attendings” – again to create comfort in openly sharing things specific to those groups. Even as I write this it is starting to sound to me like too many branch points. Is there a better way to think about this? Thanks!
