Time organisation


Hello,
I noticed that I am more efficient when I put a chrono and short amount of time on doing things. 🙂
My question is should I split one activity in multiple tasks in the morning for example? Or should I switch activities?
To be clear, my clients are either companies or parents.
For example :
– Monday
AM : Activity for parents
Call prospects (25 min)
Posts on FB (25 min)
Etc.
Afternoon : Activity for companies
Call prospects (25 min)
Posts on LinkedIn (25 min)
Etc.
Or should I do this :
– Monday
AM :
– Parents
Call prospects (25 min)
Posts on FB (25 min)
– Companies
Call prospects (25 min)
Posts on LinkedIn (25 min)
Etc.
And same for the afternoon.

To be short, should I focus on one activity a whole morning and then switch to another in the afternoon or day by day? or should I split? to be efficient and motivated.
I feel like it is more efficient to split, but sometimes it is hard to get back to things and it is waste of time.
What do you suggest?
