To negotiate or not?

I run an art business where I sell my artworks mainly to art consultants who use it in the hospitality industry. Over Covid, my business came to a halt and revenue was not made.

Since business has begun returning, I am finding that when I am in contact with art consultants and we are discussing fees, if I negotiate any fees then I lose the contract. This has happened repeatedly this year and I made a decision to just take what is offered and not negotiate even if I disagree with them because now I feel like I need the money.

The issue is that although I have told myself to accept whatever is offered, I keep trying to negotiate even though I have told myself I shouldn’t and then I regret negotiating because I lose the contract. It’s like I am self sabotaging. Any insights would be appreciated. Thank you.
