I’m currently growing a profitable web consulting business. I love what I do. I love who I serve.

Right now it’s just me in this business, and sometimes a designer I contract with.

I think that soon I’m going to face a fork in this business road where I need to decide to scale (as in, hire people) or just stay solo.

I want to like my reasons if I decide to scale. I want to be committed to it because I think if I’m not, the process is going to be much harder mentally.

I don’t just want to do it because I think that’s what web consultants “should” do once they grow a certain amount.

So, in short, is staying solopreneur appealing to me because that’s what I really want, or simply because it’s scary and unknown to scale?

Am I making sense here?
