I’m asking this question as someone who has already been in business for a few years and is currently earning $5K-$7K per month from selling courses in three different niches (parenting, personal development and blogging).

When I started my biz, I simply followed my gut and created solutions to various problems in these three areas (my three passions) but since listening to more and more business coaching calls inside SCS I am seeing that there could be benefit in niching down.

Any tips on how I can do this successfully (even though I don’t really want to retire any of the courses)?
