Hi everyone! I know this isn’t a question, but I was talking with Shaina during a one-on-one coaching session and thought I’d share the brilliant suggestion she gave to me about using the urge jar.
We were talking about how I buffer feeling insecure about building my business by consuming information (webinars and sometimes Scholars videos!) when I had been planning to be creating content for my business.
Shaina suggested that I try using the Urge Jar as a way to start allowing urges to buffer, and I thought this was such a good idea…and that I’m positive another SC Scholar could use the helpful input!
