Using the model in a business setting


I am a leadership coach and I work with senior leaders in startups. I recently uncovered a belief that is holding me back from confidently selling my services. The belief is that these leaders don’t want to talk about their thoughts and feelings, they want very tactical, practical coaching.

While I have a solid belief in my skills and ability to bring on results, I get stuck on consults as I assume they will shut down when I bring up their thoughts or feelings. Is the answer to simply work on changing that belief?
