I would like to use the urge jar to be more effective in my business. Based on how it’s used for eating, it seems like it would work for distraction or avoidance of tasks.
In this scenario, I would: 1. Plan my schedule ahead of time 2. Follow the plan exactly. 3. Notice the urge to not follow the plan and/or waste time buffering, being confused, procrastinating, etc. 4. Allow the urge but stay on task. 5. Add the bead to the jar.
Does this sound right?
