Hello there – listening to the Possibility formula and want to work on articulating my value – I’d love some help with that.
I coach women to heal their relationship with food.
I teach them how to deal with cravings, stress and strong neg emotions without turning to food.
As a result they will feel more in control around food.
She will feel more in command of her emotions which will impact every area of her life.
She will feel more empowered and less of a victim to her circumstance.
She will develop mental discipline that she will be able to apply to any result that she wants.
She will learn to accept herself more, judge herself less and have more mental space and energy as a result.
So that’s what I’ve got so far. My brain is telling me that it’s still too vague.
