In the Entrepreneurial Management course, Brooke and Kris shared that we hire people to execute the business model and not to solve problems.

However, in Part 3 – Strategic vs. Tactician they also shared that we hire people (strategists) to solve problems. Isn’t it a conflict with what they shared that we hire people to execute NOT solve problems?
