Weight Loss & Time Management: Too Confusing?


I used the Narrowing Your Niche worksheet and here is what I came up with:

My niche: Busy women age 33-43 who want to lose weight and feel like they don’t have enough time or energy to do it.

They would Google: How to lose weight quickly

Solution: I teach you how to use your time more efficiently so that you can set yourself up for weight loss success.

Idea: I want to team up with my friend who does Meal Planning. We’ve been talking about having my clients work with me for 4 the first 4 weeks, they do their own planning (I teach them how to plan ahead). Then, after 4 weeks, have them work with both of us for the next 2 months.

I’m thinking about the How to Be Interesting Material, as well.

The new and different idea: The more you plan, the more time you create to achieve your goals.
My promise to them: They will blow their own minds with how much weight they can lose and maintain in 3 months.
What is new and different about what I offer: I combine time management with weight loss

I’m not sure how I can prove it works yet… Is this where I experiment with others? I know it has worked for myself!

My other question: Is combining time management and weight loss too confusing? Any other feedback you have for me? Thank you!
