Hello, I’ve been offered 3 early childcare centres to buy. Centre #1 is doing very well, #2 is operating at 50% capacity and 3rd is not doing well with very low child numbers attending. There is a lot of potential to increase business revenue in childcare centres # 2 and #3.

I have been a business owner in this sector for 20 years and sold my last successful centre 18 months ago. I can see this is an amazing opportunity if the sale price and terms are favorable. BUT my mind is full of the drama.

Mind drama: what if I can’t fill centre # 2 and #3 to capacity? What if the market is saturated and there are not enough clients to fill the centre? What if centres #2 & #3 take all the profit from centre #1?
