I find it difficult to train someone to delegate my tasks. I offer children programs . While there are many teachers capable of helping me out, I have hard time retaining them. Either they take away my clients or look for full time job perks. Though people agree to all that is asked for as hrly rate, the minute they get full time jobs they drop work half way. Where do I look for relevant support for learning modules?
