What to coach on?


How do you know what to listen for when you’re coaching someone to offer them the right piece of advice that’s beneficial and helpful for them? I want to offer free mini sessions, and suggest to gals who sign up that I WILL be able to help them feel better, but my brain goes to; “I don’t know what to listen for and coach them on”, or “is that tip good enough”, or “was giving her an action task, or coaching her thoughts instead better?” It’s as if I’m stuck thinking that I don’t know what to coach someone on when they present their problem to me. What if I don’t know advice to give her? Or I can’t see her problem? What am I looking for, and how will I know which tools to share and if it worked? Thanks!
