when do you change your course of action and when have you just not given it enough time?

I know Brooke says that if something isn’t working, we have to change what we’re doing. But how do we know when what we’re doing isn’t working or if we haven’t given it enough time or done it “well enough” yet?

For example, I’m thinking of social media. My first business coach was all about inbound marketing….being all over social media. I will admit to dragging my feet with that, but I did do it. I was posting about 3x a week and doing FB lives/videos about every 10 days. I’ve been doing that consistently for 2.5 years, but my audience just isn’t growing. I’ve decided recently that what I’m doing isn’t working (obv based on results), so I have increased my posts to 5x a week, doing stories as best I can, and doing weekly videos. It’s probably only been about a month of this.

So my question is, how do I know if social media isn’t working for me? Or if I’m just not doing social media right? When do you cut bait with something??
