When Team Members Quit ….


With network marketing, we build a team. And whenever I receive a notice of a team member quitting, I over analyze WHY they are cancelling/ quitting. I will usually ask them directly, and most of the time they tell me a different reason than in which they selected (I don’t think they know we can see the reason they select on the website). Anyway, I seem to be split thinking 1. What can I learn from this ? How can I improve ? 2. Apathetic about it- some will cancel or not see the value and it has zero to do with me or the company / product. 3. Doubt and question myself and my abilities to lead a team, take it personally and thus waste time indulging in self – pity.

I’m currently wasting time in self-pity. Can you help me direct my thoughts ? Thank you.
