I have not achieved my 2018 Impossible Goal which was to lose 50 pounds and achieve my ideal body weight. I have been working on this goal since January 1st with lots of worthy fails along the way but I have only lost 5 pounds. Should I continue this same impossible goal for 2019? I really want to achieve it and I know what works and what doesn’t work and I have figured out what I need to do to achieve so now I am implementing and following my protocol. Any guidance/suggestions would be appreciated as I have other impossible goals that I would like to pursue as well but this really is THE BIG ONE.
