Allowing Anxiety


Hi Brooke and Coaches,

I’ve really been struggling with anxiety lately. It leaps from one topic to the next since I’m building a business, so I don’t want to suggest one thing here to talk about. It’s more about getting the anxiety under control in general. It feels so awful. I’m trying to open up to it, but as soon as I’m not consciously allowing it, it’s like it totally flares up and then my brain automatically resists it and I get so overwhelmed by it. It completely consumes me.

Could you walk me through what to do to make the experience of anxiety a little easier for me? I’m really struggling and it seems to last for so long, even with the allowing. Maybe I’m not really allowing? I can’t tell anymore. Would love your help.
