BJJ Goal


Hi Brooke,

I am someone who doesn’t exercise, almost never exercised and yet always wanted to be athletic but never endured the physical discomfort and gave up.
I would like to see if I can use a certain goal for the 2019 impossible goal.
There is this martial arts sport called Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and it is one of the most demanding sports physically and mentally. Currently the thought of even surviving a single class seems way beyond possible for me. But it is a worthy goal for me to try.

Should the goal be, for example: attend consistently two BJJ classes every week during 2019?
Because failing at that would mean just not showing up, which, as you explain, is not a worthy fail.

Would love your advice on how to phrase the BJJ goal. Thanks so much!
