Clean Home


Hi!

I’ve grown up living in a cluttered home. I recently started developing anxiety about living in a space like that. I keep thinking “I need to clean, but I don’t have energy to do it, I don’t have enough time to clean all of this, It never stays clean.” All of these thoughts disempower me from taking action. I want to try on a thought like:

C – apartment, clothes, papers, books, makeup, jewelry throughout the house
T – I can clean one nook at a time
F – focused
A – schedule nooks to get cleaned, visualize the tiny area cleaned, listen to music, finish cleaning
R – My house becomes more and more organized

Does that mean I’ll have to take the action first even if I don’t feel completely tuned into this model yet?
