Commitment to "yes"

Good evening Brooke,
I’ve just realised that contrary to what I thought, I’m good at being committed… just not to what I truly want. I want to be committed to my protocol but I’m very committed to peanuts. That’s good to know! I’ve been committed to saying yes to my brain’s temper tantrums and now I want to commit to it being used to hearing “no and that’s ok”. Because I also realised tonight that I knew what I was doing when I was about to eat peanuts: I knew I felt like it and I wanted to feel like it. I want to want peanuts… or anything for that matter, which is good! Because I could just as well want to become a certified Life Coach (starting October 1st! Can’t wait!). That’s where my work is. Now let’s get this done!
