Hi Brooke,
I notice that my goals are very different when I look at different timescales – next few months, 5 years, 10 years, lifetime etc and a result is that I tend to focus on the more short-term goals. For example I’m less concerned with health and fitness although it’s a big priority long term. Constraint really helps me get things done but I feel concern that I’m sacrificing other important goals. I’m hoping you may have some advice on how to handle competing goals.
