Constraint Weight Loss Or Money?


Hi coaches! When I joined SCS I decided to work on my weight. I achieved my goal, gained 5lb and I’m currently working on loosing it for the last time. However I think I am using my weight and my bodybuilding goals as an excuse to not pay attention on my business. I haven’t made money in my coaching business in 2 years, which brings a lot of shame and desperation for me. So for the next year should I stop focusing on my weight loss even though I still have 5lb to loose? If so how do I stop focusing so much on my weight/food prep/workouts and not loose all the progress I’ve made? I’m just afraid that once I focus on something else I’m going to gain the weight and struggle again.
