Dominant Feelings – workbook

As I’m doing February’s HW, when I think to answer the first question, my brain doesn’t ever have an immediate response. My days seem to have contrast, maybe some highs & lows, so there doesn’t really tend to be a dominant feeling unless something is REALLY great or REALLY bad. Like, each day is more in the “in between” or gray area. Some positive feelings, some negative, not really a dominant.

What I tend to do with this work is just pick an experience from the prior day and write about the feeling that I felt in that moment.
