Don’t Want

I just had an amazing call. I love that we can get coached every week. THANK YOU. What I wanted to ask was this: Is it possible to not do something just because you don’t want to? Is that truly real? I’ve been forcing myself to do things that I don’t want to do because I’m the end I know “it will be good for me.” If that’s true, how do you balance between doing something you don’t want to do because you don’t want to and not doing it because of fear? Is there a podcast that breaks this down further? Thank you! I love being a part of this community!
