Hi, My impossible goal for 2018 was to exercise 5x per week, every week. Jan and Feb went well. Then in March I got sick and skipped a few days and after that things have just fallen apart – not only am I not exercising but not eating well etc.
So, I’ve already failed my goal. My brain is telling me things like:
“This feels better” “You weren’t improving anyway” and biggest of all “That wasn’t the right goal, pick something different”
I want to either switch to a new goal or pick back up. I’m really believing it wasn’t a good goal for me. Any suggestions for turning this around? Thank you so much.
