Hi Brooke and Coaches,
I feel such pressure to feel the “right” feeling before I do something in my business. If I’m feeling anxious and I’m about to send an email, I want to wait to feel not anxious so I don’t do it poorly or ‘bad’ (from anxiety). What should I do here?
Here’s my answer: Allow the anxiety and don’t fight it, but don’t act from it either. Decide where you’re going to act from on on purpose. I can still feel anxiety, I just don’t have to act from that place.
I guess my question is, how do I know when I’m really allowing and acting from a place of a positive emotion, versus when I’m doing it from anxiety? Usually I’d say it’s my results, but how I write an email for example (good or bad) is subjective. Help?
