Feelings about feelings

Hi! For the past few weeks, I’ve been carrying around this heavy feeling in my chest, which I associate with being depressed. It’s not constant, but is prevalent. I’ve done thought downloads and know it is related to negative thoughts I’ve been having about myself and my new job. However, after re-listening to the podcast “models on models”, I’ve realized that I’m also judging myself for feeling this way, and feel upset at myself for feeling depressed. Can I get some feedback on this model, and encouragement to move forward?

T- I shouldn’t be feeling this way
F- Ashamed
A- feel worse – pressure in chest increases
R- More shame
Can my actions and results be feelings??
