Follow up question: He is the perfect person for me

Dear Brooke,

In previous dear Brooke, I told you a back story on guy who I tell myself is: The perfect person for me. You said that I needed to run models of this thought to better understand what is driving the thought as it was confusing my models. So below is what I have completed:

UI
C: John
T: He is the perfect person for me
F: desperate
A: look for evidence that this is true
R: I am only happy when he loves me

C: John
T: He is the perfect person for me
F: Hopeful
A: Day dream about us being together
R: I am living in fantasy world

C: John
T: He is the perfect person for me
F: Inadequate
A: Look for evidence that I am worthy
R: I am seeking validation, acceptance from others

From running the above models I am starting to question whether if I accepted myself, would need him so desperately? (my initial question was do I tell him how I feel about him).

I am starting to see a slight crack of insight in that acceptance of myself is a big part of this, but not sure how to take this further.

Below is the thought for the intentional model you suggested I should run, but feel a bit stuck…

IM
C: John
T: Exactly as it is meant to be is as it is (you gave this thought)
F: Confident
A: Stay in present
R: I am exactly where I am meant to be…?
