HABITS


I’m in the bad habit of getting home from work exhausted (mentally) and wanting sugary food items and some wine to de-stress. I believe it is more habit than anything else. My issue is that I am so tired when I get home, I find it hard to get myself out of the house, go to an exercise class for example. I’m looking for a “replacement activity” that I could do during the week that I could handle given my fatigue level when I get home. My job is very intense. Would appreciate your advice. Thank you.
