Hang in there and keep trying new thoughts

Just a lesson learnt from me – I’m not sure how many people will read this but I wanted to share anyway.

I’ve had trouble getting over a (married) guy who let me know he had feelings for me quite a while ago. It’s been on my mind for 2+ years ( I have also been in Scholars for most of that time). I listen to the calls and get so much value and so many relevant lessons from your coaching with others. I have done thought downloads on this fairly regularly, tried new thoughts and finally a few weeks ago I found *the* thought – “I don’t think about people who are married”.

I finally feel free of this situation and when I feel myself falling backwards, I can rely on and believe this new thought.

Hang in there people – I’m proof that even if it takes years in some cases, the work is worth it and it is possible to manage your mind!
