Healthy Action


Hello! I’m reading more about how to take massive action. My question comes from my model below about taking massive action from a healthy place?

C- looking at calendar on phone for Wednesday and there is nothing scheduled for the afternoon

T- I should be doing more.

F-Guilt

A- Spin in thoughts l, schedule more on the calendar, beat myself up, not appreciate what I have done

R- Not take action?

It stems from looking for jobs, but also the constant need to be “busy” and feeling worthy even if there is downtime. Where does that align with massive action in a healthy way? Can massive action be something such as downtime? Thank you!
