I have the appearance of being stress and overwhelmed, I’m told.
I don’t feel that way, but my close friends are telling me I seem frantic in trying to get all my stuff done, with driving my business goals and a healthy personal life. I want my loved ones to feel good when I’m around them. Not to seem like I’m stressed or overwelled. I know I can’t control what they feel or think, but any tips on how to hold the space for them and not thinking about my business goals?
