Is Result Correct?


Hello! I’m working on a model for a thought I just had this evening that’s causing me to feel shame.

C- sending email to Charlie about previous involvement and activities

T- I’m not doing enough to help out in the community.

F- Shame

A- Beat Myself Up, spin in thoughts

R- not want to help more in community?

Otherwise, another thought that follows the thought in the model is I should help out more even if I don’t want to. I’m working on catching little thoughts like this! How can I appreciate myself for the things I have done? Thanks!
